How does Profhilo work?
Profhilo is such a runny substance that it only needs to injected at five key points on each side of the face. From these injections sites, it will spread, finding its way underneath the surface of the skin, to treat the whole face. Once in place, the Profhilo solution boosts skin hydration by enabling the skin to hold moisture. It also stimulates production of elastin and collagen, which will help the skin to be firmer and bouncier.
Treatment with Profhilo
It's very quick and easy. There are only five very superficial injections on each side of the face and take less than 10 minutes to do. Local anaesthetic is usually not required but can be used if you prefer. Straight after application there will be some swelling , but it settles down as the liquid disperses within the skin over the next 12 hours.
How long does the effect last?
We recommend two treatments delivered one month apart every six months to maintain the results.
