We’ve got you covered
We’ve spent the winter months dreaming of long, summer days spent enjoying the gorgeous weather and relaxing somewhere hot. It seems to have taken a long time to arrive but now the sun’s out and many of us are wishing we were a little more prepared to jump into our summer wardrobe.
Never fear, at REclinic we’ve got you covered. Whether you’re keen to tone up your arms, minimise fine lines on your face, or rejuvenate your skin there really is a treatment for everyone. But there are also some simple steps you can take at home to ensure you’re looking your best for the season ahead.
First things first
When it comes to looking your best, it’s important to get the basics right, and there’s nothing better than a good old glass of water. We’ve all heard the benefits of drinking plenty of water, but it really is true.
Drinking more water can improve your overall skin health, leaving it radiant and younger looking. Not only does it improve the overall elasticity of the skin, giving it a tighter, less saggy appearance, it also helps to reduce puffiness and prevents premature ageing. In short, there can only be positive benefits from enjoying an extra glass or two of water every day.
Looking after yourself
Drinking water is great, but coupled with a balanced diet, plenty of sleep and regular exercise, your skin will reap the benefits. Looking after your health and wellbeing can play a vital part in improving your appearance and putting the right stuff into our bodies is a key part of this.
A healthy diet is good for the gut, and gut health is something which is often mirrored in the appearance of our skin. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, limiting alcohol consumption and the amount of caffeine we take on board all help to rejuvenate the skin and reduce breakouts. Exercising regularly helps to tone the body and strengthen your muscles, all of which can only be beneficial if you want to look your best.
Bring out the suncream
In this day and age we’re all too aware of the lasting damage that too much sun exposure can do. Wherever you live in the world, it’s important to be sun aware, keeping out of the midday sun, wearing a hat if necessary and making sure you regularly apply sun cream. Everyone should be using sun cream, whether you tan easily or burn in an instant, we all need that extra level of protection. It’s better for our health and it also reduces the ageing effect that sun damage has on our skin. There is plenty of information about how to find the best sun cream for you, but the main thing is that you use one – and as well as the beauty side of things, it could also save your life.
Out of the sun, regular moisturising and keeping up with a good skincare regime should both be part of your daily routine.
We stock a fantastic range of award-winning AlumierMD sunscreens, that provide powerful broad-spectrum protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays.
A good skincare routine
We recommend a detailed skin consultation for anyone seeking an improvement in their skin health and the desire to implement a skin care routine using our range of AlumierMD medical skincare products such as their new Aqua Infusion Mask, that provides intense hydration with a blend of natural sugars, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and natural moisturizing factors (NMFs). AlumierMD combines a variety of medical-grade ingredients, including AHAs, BHAs, retinol, antioxidants, vitamins and peptides. These products help provide clinically proved results and evidence-based optimal skincare.
All patients need to be registered at the REclinic to buy AlumierMD as it is medical-grade skincare.
A little something extra
Having said all that, every one of us has those hard to tackle problem areas. The ones that we always notice in the mirror and that no amount of moisturising or healthy eating will shift. So, what’s the answer?
At REclinic we want to help you make the best of your features. We offer a range of minimally invasive procedures which leave you looking like you, just rejuvenated and with an added boost of self-confidence (or as we like to think of it, a little extra sparkle) such as our new Profhilo Body Treatment.
The treatments work where you need it most, whether that’s on your jawline, forehead or upper arms, restoring symmetry to uneven eyebrows, rejuvenating tired skin or plumping thin lips. As they’re minimally invasive they are ideal for enhancing or correcting, just enough to make a real difference to the way our clients feel about their appearance.
They are sometimes called ‘tweakments’ as they are only making minor adjustments to your appearance, and some take so little time that they can be carried out in a lunchtime.

You’re in safe hands
Whatever treatment you’re looking for, the first step is to sit down with one of our highly skilled aesthetic clinicians and run through a full consultation.
We will talk you through, not only how it will work, but will consider all the available options before deciding whether your chosen treatment is the best approach for you. We’ll spend time explaining what will happen during the procedure and what is in the treatment you’re having – after all, it’s your body and putting the right stuff into it doesn’t just stop at what you’re eating.
